GDI subsequently completed a second acquisition, securing the required licenses to operate in Kuwait, providing a strategic entry point into the Kuwaiti market.
In 2025, GDI further expanded its platform with the acquisition of Transcorp International, a leader in cold-chain logistics in the UAE, integrating its operations under Elite Co. and strengthening the group’s specialized logistics capabilities.
